Information > After 30 minutes of sedentary your spine starts to erode (confirm this)

Meloxicam 15mg is what I was pescribed for a lower back injury and advised to take with one paractemol (usually you take 2 tablets) as the effects are better and 1/2 valium if it is really bad.
